Commercial plumbing in Northwest Arkansas, planned around your business hours.
Restroom fixtures, utility water lines and multi-unit plumbing from the same Master Plumbers who dig and set residential lines.
Chapter 01
The same Master Plumbers, residential and commercial
Hansen Plumbing Pro is a locally owned shop on South Zion Street in Lowell, and the plumbing we do for homes is the plumbing we do for businesses. We are Master Plumbers, fully licensed, bonded and insured, and we follow Arkansas state plumbing codes on every job. Our own wording for it is plain: responsive service for both residential and commercial customers.
A shop, an office or a building with several units has the same pipes as a house and a lot more people leaning on them. A plumbing failure there means a closed restroom, a lost afternoon or a tenant on the phone. We keep the work moving, and we tell you what we found before we start repairs.

Restrooms, carriers and fixtures
The photo on this page shows the kind of work we mean: a commercial restroom mid-job, the old cast-iron toilet carrier pulled out, a new carrier set and a new American Standard toilet boxed and waiting. The carrier is the concealed frame that holds a wall-hung toilet, and when an old one fails the fix is to open the wall, set a new carrier and hang the fixture on it.
For new commercial installations we typically use high-grade products from American Standard, Mansfield and Kohler, and we can repair or maintain fixtures from any brand. Toilets, sinks, faucets, supply lines and drains inside a restroom all fall under the same service, so one visit can cover what is actually wrong instead of only the part someone noticed.
Chapter 03
Water lines, multi-unit buildings and your schedule
Many water line leaks occur in the section between the municipal water meter and the building, and that is ground we cover ourselves. We own the excavator, the backhoe and the dump truck, and we can replace a failed utility water line, including trenchless replacement where the site allows, so a business is not left with a torn-up lot longer than necessary.
Tell us when you are open and when the shop floor or lobby is quiet, and we will plan the work around it. Our regular hours run 6 AM to 6 PM every day, and emergencies are answered 24/7 on (479) 236-1861. Estimates are free, and we serve businesses in Lowell, Springdale, Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville and the rest of Benton and Washington Counties.
Our promise to business owners in Lowell: responsive service for both residential and commercial customers.
