When you call, tell us three things.
Where the wet spot is: the yard, the slab, under a sink. Whether the meter is still spinning with everything in the house shut off. And how old the water heater is, if that is what failed.
That is the ground between the meter and the house, and we dig it ourselves with our own excavator, backhoe and dump truck. The more you can tell us up front, the better the estimate on the first visit.
